TP-Link TL-PA7017 Overview

Quickly expand your wired Gigabit network to reach across your home by including the AV1000 Powerline Ethernet Adapter Add-On Unit from TP-Link in your existing powerline Ethernet configuration. This HomePlug AV2 compliant module plugs into available two-pronged US wall outlets to integrate into an existing AV1000 Powerline Ethernet system using TL-PA7017 adapters. With it, you can reliably transfer data across up to 984.3' using your home's electrical wiring. Connect it to compatible devices through its Gigabit Ethernet port, then press the pairing buttons on each of the adapters to link them. Your data connection is secured with 128-bit AES encryption. The AV1000 Powerline Adapter supports the IEEE 1901, 802.3/3u/3ab standards and is designed to work with Windows, Mac, and Linux computers.

Power Saving Mode

The AV1000 powerline modules are designed to automatically switch from its regular "working" mode to "Power Saving" mode when they're not in use, which can reduce energy consumption by up to 85%.
